1. Product Description Disclosure: All items are pre-loved and may show signs of gentle wear due to age. We do our best to accurately describe each piece and include photos of any notable flaws.

2. Return / Exchange Policy: Due to the nature of our unique, pre-owned inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review photos and item descriptions carefully before making a purchase. As always, you may reach out via email or DM to ask any questions you have before purchasing.

3. Shipping Policy: Orders ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. You will be provided a USPS tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service but will help you resolve issues whenever possible.

4. Payment & Taxes: We accept many forms of payment including most credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Tax is collected at the time of purchase.

5. Sizing & Measurements: Since sizing can vary with vintage / thrifted items, please refer to measurements in the description and compare it to an item you already own to ensure fit or sizing for your space.

6. Image Use Disclosure: Any accessories in the photo used to style the item listed for sale are not included in the purchase unless otherwise stated.

7. Cleaning & Sanitation: Items are gently cleaned and sanitized as needed before listing. Some delicate and/or vintage items may be left in as-found condition to preserve integrity and patina.
