Are these items new or used?

All items in our shop are secondhand or vintage unless stated otherwise. We carefully curate, clean, and photograph each piece to ensure quality and style.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of pre-owned and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. Please check measurements and photos before purchasing. If you have a question, we’re happy to help before checkout!

How do I know if something will fit my space?

We list measurements in the description to help you determine if the size of the item is appropriate for your space. Compare them to an item you already own to help visualize the item’s size.

Can you hold an item for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold items. Everything is first come, first served - if you love it, grab it before someone else does!

Do you clean the items before shipping?

Yes! All items are gently cleaned and sanitized as needed. Some delicate or vintage pieces are left in their original condition to preserve integrity and patina.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We ship from Commerce, Georgia within 3-5 business days of your order. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your item ships!

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup or delivery.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We carefully package each item with new and/or recycled materials to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Where do you find your inventory?

We source items from local thrift stores, estate sales, yard sales, vintage markets, flea markets, and occasionally online secondhand shops. We only select pieces we truly love and would use ourselves!

Do you take custom requests or sourcing requests?

We don’t currently offer sourcing services, however we always love hearing what you’re looking for - it helps guide future hauls and collections. Drop us a DM or email with your wishlist!
